Remember to take exercise. Use Meetup.com, Facebook or Google to find gyms, yoga, tai chi or meditation groups in your area.

Learn to focus!
Apps that ensure focus: Freedom blocks social media and Inbox Pause stops Gmail from notifying you of incoming email until you’re ready for it.
How to meet businesspeople: try Meetup.com and YouMeAchieve for accountability partners. This is huge – do NOT skip this step!
Mastermind software (recordable conference calls) Google Hangouts (free) MeetingBurner (paid) and GoToWebinar (paid).
Domain name registration
To find a great domain name: Lean Domain Search
Domain name registrars (for registering or for checking availability of domains): NameCheap, GoDaddy and 123-Reg (these are affiliate links).
Recommended web hosts
Bluehost, Hostgator or Justhost in the US. Vidahost in the UK. Very good but expensive: LiquidWeb. (All are affiliate links).
WordPress
Ask WordPress questions here: WordPress.org support. Try to do it yourself but, if you can’t, find a web designer at Upwork.

Blogging
Install Google Analytics.
WordPress themes (add functionality and improve the design): Genesis theme framework for $60 and then purchase a child theme for a few more dollars. For example this website is the Magazine Pro theme on Genesis.
Other themes you can try are Thesis and Elegant themes.
Email Marketing
Set up an account with Aweber, ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp (they all have their pros and cons).

The following video shows you install WordPress on a webhost with cPanel manually by creating a MySQL Database
You can also install it with a one-click install on most hosts.
Outsourcing
You can get someone to customize a WordPress site on Upwork or get someone to design a logo on 99designs. Read more about outsourcing here where I explain how to choose from the right pool of candidates.
