Flash … no flash
October 8, 2006 – 11:47 amHere’s another thing that I hate about doing websites … Flash. When I first set eyes on it I thought it was great but for me it hasn’t really lived up to expectations.
The problem is not everyone has the flash player installed in their browser – not everyone can see it! A way around this is to make a .gif or .jpg alternative so that people without Flash can see something at the top.
I have been trying to sort this out for ages now and I just can’t find the code (a bit of HTML and Java) to do this. Someone help me!
Amazing.. I never thought that it’ll be that much easy.. but yet to try it
